- Q: Is there a kiosk or person I can purchase a pass from when I arrive?
No. All passes must be purchased via the website.
You can purchase your pass with cell phone at the door, but we encourage all patrons to purchase their passes prior to arriving for easiest entry.
- Q: How do I get into the Park?
Upon purchasing a Single-Day or Monthly Membership, you will receive a email with a 5-digit code. This 5-digit code (plus the “#” sign) will then be used on a pin-pad securing the front entrance to the Park.
- Q: How many times can I visit the Park?
Your entrance pass code is valid for the day of purchase. This code will allow guests (and parents) unlimited entry to the facility for the remainder of the day.
- Q: Can I purchase a pass for a future date?
No. All passes purchased are valid ONLY for the day of purchase.
- Q: Can I pay with Cash or Check?
No, all payments must go through the website which only accepts Debt and Credit Cards.
- Q: Can I wear shoes in the Park?
No Shoes are allowed in the play areas of the park. Shoes are allowed in the entry way, café, and party rooms. We ask all guests (children and adults) to remove their shoes in the play areas for cleanliness purposes and protect little feet from high-heels, steel toes, etc. Footwear is allowed if due to a medical/personal reason; HOWEVER, absolutely NO SHOES are allowed in the bounce pad area.
- Q: When is Playground Plaza open?
The Park is open Every Single Day of the YEAR! We’re open 365 days a year from 7:00AM until 9:00PM.
- Q: Can I drop my child off at Playground Plaza?
NO. Adult supervision is required at all times. Playground Plaza is not a child-care facility and children under the age of 18 can not enter without being accompanied by an adult.
- Q: What does Staff-Less mean?
At Playground Plaza, there are no staff members to supervise children or accept payment for entry. With our online payment process, secured entry, self-clean up policy, and real-time surveillance system Playground Plaza is capable of being open 365 days a year without staff being required at all times. Typically, a Playground Plaza staff member is on-site to answer any questions, assist incoming groups or parties, and ensure that our site is always clean and safe.
- Q: How safe is the Park?
There is only one main entrance to the facility that is unlocked during normal business hours. This entrance leads to an interior door which requires a user’s 5-digit pin code (followed by “#”) to gain access to the facility. All public areas are monitored with real-time surveillance systems. Typically, there is a staff member on site to ensure compliance to all the Park rules and safety guidelines. Only guests with a valid pass are allowed on the premises, any unauthorized persons accessing the property without a pass will be prosecuted for theft.
- Q: How do I cancel my month-to-month membership?
Members must send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the First and Last name as well as the email account associated with the month-to-month membership.
