
Paid Admission Required
ALL PASSES NEED TO BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Paid admission is required for all children under the age of 18. Infants (children 12-months-and-under) are free with the paid admission of an older sibling. All adults (age 18+) are free to accompany with a paid admission. Single-child households with a child under 1 year will need to purchase admission to gain entry. All guests MUST have paid pass to enter the Playground. Anyone found in attendance at the Playground without a paid admission will be asked to leave immediately.

Adults MUST accompany Minors
While inside the Playground, all minors must be accompanied by an Adult (age 18 or older). Adults must keep visual contact with their attending minor. A recommended a max ratio of 6 children per corresponding Adult (age 18+).

SOCKS, SOCKS, SOCKS!!!!
Socks MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES while at the Playground. No shoes are allowed past the Entry Way and Cafeteria areas*.
SOCKS! We say again, SOCKS! Bare feet are not permitted at Playground Plaza.
All guests should come dressed in appropriate clothes for active play. Avoid any loose or dangling items like scarves, necklaces, belts, etc. as these items can get caught on various play structures. Guests with long hair are encouraged to secure their hair (pony-tails, clips, hats, etc.) for safer play to avoid it from getting caught or pulled during play.
Shoes are allowed if necessary for medical/personal reasons but are expressly forbidden to be worn on the Kangaroo Jumper. No Exceptions.
Please also avoid wearing high-heels, steel-toed shoes, or other footwear that could harm our little one’s feet if stepped on accidentally or otherwise.

Party Foul
Birthday parties or impromptu celebrations are not allowed in the Cafeteria area. Using any areas outside of the Party Rooms for table decorations, birthday candle lighting, present opening, or invited guest food & beverage service, etc. is not permitted.
For safety & security reasons, customer-hosted parties are not permitted without prior consent from Playground Plaza.
Drop-in attempts to violate this standard with invited guests for a planned event may result in a $500 facility charge and/or future prohibition from entering the Park.

Safety, Safety, Safety!!!
ALL GUESTS MUST FOLLOW ALL RULES AND GUIDELINES POSTED THROUGHOUT THE PARK!
NO DROP OFF! Every child entering Playground Plaza must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be in close proximity and able to keep visual contact with their child(ren) at all times. It’s Playground Plaza’s policy to require one (1) adult for every six (6) children attending.
Real-time Surveillance equipment is placed throughout the Park to help ensure that all guests are safe and that the facility is properly maintained at all times.
For security purposes, sharing your entrance code with any unpaid guests is NOT PERMITTED. Any guests found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave and may be permanently banned from the facility.
All children under the age of 18 are required to have a completed and signed waiver prior to using the facility.
Guests are required to clean up their respective areas using the cleaning supplies provided

We ask all families to adhere to the standard sick policies maintained by most schools and child care facilities. Any child with a fever of 100 degrees or higher, has vomited, or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours, or has an undiagnosed rash, should be kept home and/or be seen by a physician.
There are cubbies in the public entry way to store your belongings. Playground Plaza is not responsible for any lost/stolen items so please keep any valuables with you or at home.

Cafeteria Etiquette
Guests are required to clean up their respective areas using the cleaning supplies provided
All guests are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages or can have food delivered to the site as well
The following items are NOT PERMITTED anywhere in Playground Plaza:
- Gum
- Glass Containers
- Cooking Devices and/or Food Warmers. e.g. hot-plates, crockpots, etc.
- Alcohol
- Tobacco products and Tobacco-related products, such as e-cigarettes and vaping devices
No Unauthorized Parties or Celebrations
There is to be no combining of tables and we ask guests to store their belongings in the cubbies provided and not in the Cafeteria area

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE ALLOWED
Similar to a outdoor picnic area, we provide the tables and chairs, you bring the food or beverage.
Outside food or beverages are permitted ONLY in the Cafeteria area and Party Rooms. Persons who use the Cafeteria area are expected to clean the table, chairs, and high chairs and to sweep the floor under their table when done. Tables may not be held or reserved. When not eating at the table, personal belongings, such as snack bags, water bottles, etc., should be cleared from the Cafeteria.
