
PAID ADMISSION REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN AGES 1 THROUGH 17 YEARS!

Prior to entering, paid admission is required for all children over 12 months. Infants, (children 12-months-and-under) are free with the paid admission of an older sibling. Single-child households with a child under 12 months or younger will need to purchase a one-day pass to gain entry. Adults are free when accompanying a child with paid admission All children must be covered under a Single-day or Monthly Membership. Entrance may be denied to anyone entering with unpaid children.

ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES!
While attending the Playground, all minors must be accompanied by an Adult (age 18 or older). Adults must be in close visual contact with their respective minor. Playground Plaza recommends a max of six (6) children per supervising adult.

Wear Socks at all times!
Socks are required to be worn at all times while at Playground Plaza. No shoes are allowed past the lobby and cafeteria areas*.

SOCKS! We say again, SOCKS! Bare feet are not permitted at Playground Plaza.
All guests should come dressed in appropriate clothes for active play. Avoid any loose or dangling items like scarves, necklaces, belts, etc. as these items can get caught on various play structures. Guests with long hair are encouraged to secure their hair (pony-tails, clips, hats, etc.) for safer play to avoid it from getting caught or pulled during play.
Shoes are allowed if necessary for medical/personal reasons but are expressly forbidden to be worn on the Kangaroo Jumper. No Exceptions.
Please also avoid wearing high-heels, steel-toed shoes, or other footwear that could harm our little one’s feet if stepped on accidentally or otherwise.

No Unauthorized Parties or Field Trips allowed
Parties of any kind are not allowed in the cafeteria area. Using any areas outside of the designated Party Rooms is expressly forbidden and may result in fines to the host for a violation of this policy.
Please view our Party Room Rental tab to schedule an event, party, social gathering in one of our designated Party Rooms.
Any attempt to violate this policy may result in a $500 facility charge and/or future prohibition from entering Playground Plaza.

Safety, Safety, Safety!!!
ALL GUESTS MUST FOLLOW ALL RULES AND GUIDELINES POSTED THROUGHOUT Playground Plaza!
All minors entering Playground Plaza must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18+). Adults must be able to keep close visual contact with their minor at all times. It’s Playground Plaza’s policy that a maximum of six (6) children may enter per adult.
Real-time Surveillance equipment is placed throughout Playground Plaza to ensure that all guests are safe and that security is maintained at all times.
Sharing an entrance code with any unpaid guests is NOT PERMITTED. Any guests found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave and may be permanently banned from the Playground Plaza.
All children under the age of 18 are required to have a completed and signed waiver prior to using the facility.
Guests are required to clean up their respective areas using the cleaning supplies provided.

We ask all families to adhere to the standard sick policies maintained by most schools and child care facilities. Any child with a fever of 100 degrees or higher, has vomited, or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours, or has an undiagnosed rash, should be kept home and/or be seen by a physician.
There are cubbies in the public entry way to store your belongings. Playground Plaza is not responsible for any lost/stolen items so please keep any valuables with you or at home.

Cafeteria Etiquette
Guests are required to clean up their respective areas using the cleaning supplies provided
Guests are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages or can have food delivered to the site as well
The following items are NOT PERMITTED anywhere in the Park:
- Gum
- Glass Containers
- Cooking Devices, e.g. Microwaves, Toasters, etc
- Most Food Warmers . e.g. hot-plates, warming dishes with exposed heating elements , etc.
- Alcohol
- Tobacco products and Tobacco-related products, such as e-cigarettes and vaping devices
No Unauthorized Parties or Celebrations
We ask our guests to not rearrange our tables in the cafeteria area.
Additionally, we ask guests to store their belongings in the cubbies provided in the front lobby and not in the cafeteria area to ‘reserve’ or ‘save’ table space.

ENJOY FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN THE SELF CLEAN PICNIC AREA ONLY!
Food or beverages are permitted only in the self-clean cafeteria area. Persons who use the cafeteria area are expected to clean all areas impacted by their use including the tables, highchairs, chairs, and floor.
Tables may not be held or reserved so we ask that you kindly remove your items from the cafeteria area when no longer in use so they are free (and clean) for others to use.
When not eating at the table, personal belongings, such as snack bags, water bottles, etc., should be stored with your other belongings in the front entrance areas.
What to expect

Dress for Success
Socks! Only Socks are allowed in the play areas. No Bare Feet! No Shoes!
All guests should come dressed ready to play. The Playground is temperature controlled throughout the facility to approximately 70 degrees.
We ask guests to secure or remove any loose clothing prior to playing. Guests with long hair are encouraged to secure their hair to prevent it from getting caught on while playing.

"Staff-less" Playground
“Staff-less” means we may not have a Playground Plaza staff member onsite at all times.
We’re open 365 days a year. 7AM-9PM.
All passes are issued through the website, so you must purchase online.
There are no staff on hand to monitor children so all minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older)
Access to the facility is maintained via your entrance code, which is provided through your admission purchase. All activity is monitored via our real-time surveillance system.
We also mandate all guests to be responsible for their children and to report any inappropriate behavior, safety hazard, or other concern immediately for your safety and the safety of all our guests.
